Bamboo
Species: Fagesia Murelliae.
I think that's the Botanica name. Umbrella Bamboo. Clump forming, bought from local garden show 6 years ago when in 2 litre pot. Now clumped approx 2-3foot round and approx 7 foot tallest canes. Care? Plant it and watch it bulk up (relatively slowly until established). I thin leaves and remove 'strategic' canes to allow more movement. Graceful, drooping habit. South facing, dry patch, water occasionally if in 'drought' conditions. Tough 'old' thing.
