Thank you for the lovely welcome messages – makes me glad I’ve joined the site. Its lovely to see such beautiful gardens too.
Had a bit of a potter about with my veg yesterday. Everything seems to be coming along quite well apart from my beetroot. Its looking a bit pathetic and I’m not sure what’s wrong. I’ve added a bit more soil to the pot and tried to secure the shoot a bit better as they were all quite floppy. Fingers crossed they’ll be ok. Am feeding them every week or so, but everything looked a bit dry yesterday so maybe I need to water them all a wee bit more. I’m not the most patient person when it comes to waiting on things, but the gardening is forcing me to be patient!
