Project part two (new border)

So I’ve now finished my new border/extending the one I made last year.. Thankyou to all who answered my question about what plants to put in.. I had every intention of getting some of the suggested plants. And then I saw these acers at the nursery and they came home with me.

I'm not surprised that the Acers came home with you, they're lovely. Plants picked (and a lovely selection), planted and finished, just like that! Wish I worked that quick.

Thankyou! Wasn't intending on the acers but bought both for the price of one at the big garden centre. I put them back twice and had to go back in for them..

You are going to end up with an Acer forest....

I am! I've reached 10 and that's enough! They don't grow in the other border by the path and road for some reason and there's literally no where else now for them so that's it for acers! And agapanthus too! I have way way way too many of those too! :)

Lovely colours, Dan. I love interesting foliage just as much as flowers.

I do too! I've been feeding all of the garden plants with Miracle grow, says on the box everything grows twice the size. hopefully its fed the spring bulbs as some of them produced foliage and no flowers this year :)
