Hi....either use a smaller setting on the camera or use one of the many free photo editing programmes that are available in net.

Well that one is lovely Chris, I often have to resize some of mine.

Thanks Lincslass. They are in transit at the moment, I an waiting to have a tree cut down in the autum, then I can put them in a permanent position.

Don't worry about the tree, it is a 25ft Leylandi, horrible thing.

The one photo you have put on is lovely Chris.

We had to have a large leylandii taken out a couple of years back too. The washing line was tied round it and was gradually cutting into the tree. We decided to have it taken down before it keeled over, possibly hurting someone and/or damaging surrounding gardens.

Cheers Sheila, This one is covered in the dreaded Russian Vine or whatever it is called.
Under the tree is like the Black Hole of Calcutta.

When we took ours out, a full border appeared around where the tree had been. There must have been hundreds of dormant seeds and plants in the soil which weren't getting sun or rain as they were in the shade of the tree. Wish we'd took it out years ago!
