THE RED EDEN ROSE (Meidrason)

I decided that I wanted this rose early this year, but couldn’t find a supplier. Eventually I did and I couldn’t be more pleased. She’s a climber and I was told by the seller that it needed at least a 30" diameter pot! Not easy to find. I found one that was 31" diameter, lightweight resin. When it arrived the neighbours thought I’d ordered a hot tub:o) Here she is, still a baby and looking a bit lost in the pot.

Yes Olive, in fact I bought her online from 'The Fragrant Rose Company'. From now on I'm only buying ones with perfume. There is a pink one too, the original, but I wanted a crimsonish one. I didn't want scarlet red:-)
