Gardeners World Live part 2

Back again with part 2. This includes the Best in Show garden which was a fantastic design of, from what I could see, three different wild flowers and posts with comments from girl guides whose garden this was. I found it stunning. There was a barrier to prevent anyone going in, but the little blond girl, you can just about see, had to be brought out by her mum. She thought it was great fun being chased!

Tea anyone?

I just love this planting

Wish I knew what this stunning peony was. They weren’t for sale , but could be ordered later.

Talk about pretty in pink…drool.

Cracking eryngium

This is a rather attractive new gaillardia which is another one of Hardys.

I have quite a lot of pics, but I think these are the best ones. Hope you enjoyed seeing them as much as I did in the flesh:-)

Thanks Lincslass, I got so 'into' the plants that I didn't take pics of some real beauties, and only thought about it afterwards:-)

Hywel, my camera is not a very good one and I'm no photographer. The sheer brightness of the 'Guides' garden is not captured here. it makes you want to just sow these wildflowers everywhere. I think the little girl enjoyed having an audience too lol:-)

Thanks Marguerite, Do you have many gardening shows in Oz? :-)

Seeing your photos reminded me about telling my boys about 'Mrs Willmots ghost'. They said we should get some sea holly seeds and spread them around also when we see boring gardens.
