Julia, Carole and I ,are lucky to live near enough to be able to meet up..all through GoY..The past 40 years seems to have passed so quickly...pleased you liked our gifts..We only had a low key celebration day,but it was just what we wanted..no fuss ..a nice day out with a good meal,and our little family,was just right :o)

Thank you Sue..and I would never have thought of using Hypericum berries either..they really do set the flowers off nicely,don't they? We have a lot of lovely memories to look back on,with the help of the Internet,and digital photography,don't we? plus I don't have a mountain of printed photo's to store anymore..although we do print special ones off,for family..It doesn't seem that long ago,we were sending them off to Bonus Print,and getting a free film back with them ! Lol.
