Shed work

Switched power on to my shed from the house and sprightly moved towards shed door. No wildlife in view (not nice) so i turned round and headed back for the lounge. Plenty of wild life in there and it landed on my head to prove it. Tiny was in no forgiving mood. His PlayStation was still on paper and he was on my blooming paper. I got a customary raspberry as he walked back and forth along the paper edge( how do they do that? ) and i wiggled my tongue at him in disgust . That didn’t go down well and he was not amused. I think he tried to hypnotise me but i cannot be sure all i know is next thing i found myself cutting his new perches for his playstation(LoL). All in a days work , it was freezing in my heated shed. Take care all enjoy Tony

So many perches...and only two little, but fiesty, feathery legs!! Lol! Tiny sounds as if he wasn't just wild, he was flamin'! It is amazing though how they can balance on the edge of a piece of paper like that, when I was young, our budgie used sit on edge of my homework, so far so cute, but then he would start at one corner and bite along the edge, and leave me with a lovely lacey edged homework!!

Love that, Libet! "Sorry, teacher - my budgie ate my homework!" :oD

He has definitely got you weighed up . Who's the boss in your house! lol. Are you sure you didn't get your budgie to nibble your homework so that you didn't have to hand it in Elizabeth! Hehee!

Hi Elizabeth Thinks i,m in for it now. Honest i enjoyed your Honolulu Tv rendition of grass grows better on the other side, and i clapped when that Donkey started eating your grass skirt as you sang it ,but i sent Muffin the dog to find you not Muffin the mule(LoL). At her last count Rose was minus one Donkey. Must keep my eye on Rose had my suspicions when she admitted her consignment of strawberry jam never got to its destination she sent it via the Titanic. Tiny very upset he does,nt like homework embroidery he gets his claws in a knot. Nice to see you number one. Take care enjoy Tony

Ha! Hi Nariz! Glad I gave you a giggle!
Tehee! Rose, the homework got handed in... including the lacey edge! I got it back with the remark on the corner of: 'Elizabeth, next time, have something to eat, before, you do your homework'!! Luckily it was an essay for English, and 'Miss' and I got on very well!
Tony! If Rose loses that donkey once a day, she loses him a dozen times! I think he gets stuck in her strawberry jam, I keep telling him...' there is NO straw, in strawberry jam!' but will he listen?... off he trots, looking for the greener grass on the other side of the fence... won't find that either... However, he did like nibbling the ends of my grass skirt, but modesty made me threaten him with dire consequences to his carrot if he didn't quit that very instant!! Oh, by the way, my budgie was just 'plain' Joey! Plain, perl? Geddit? No? Ask a knitter!! How are the wee Acers? Watch out for frost Tony! Take care!xx

Hi Elizabeth Thankyou for warning me about Rose and her donkey. When our mower became defective Rose offered to send the Donkey but i declined the offer. Yes she wanted to send 16 ton of straw with it for brunch. Are you sure she only sent one Carrot with it ? you are most fortunate. Acers appear to be plodding along vey, very slowley. Still only two showing. I am toying with an idea for water retention matting. Got so many things i would like to do i have to make a list on paper. Very excited about this years gardening though. I have been offered an outlet for my nest boxes by the owner of the timber yard i get my wood from. He owns 3 pet shops and the offer came out of the blue. Its so differant to last january as then nothing seemed to be moving. Anyway hope your auntie is improving and keep warm , its freezing here. Take care number one enjoy Tony

Now Elizabeth , you know you are wrong about the grass being greener as Hubby and I are going looking for it! I hope you're not going to wear that paper jumper! Of course it might match the grass skirt , ( whats left of it!)lol.
Tony , I'm really upset now, how could you possibly think I stole the strawberry jam, I'm not the one who can reappear through floorboards! My donkeys quite upset now as it was already to mow your lawn Tony, there's not enough grass in Elizabeths skirt to feed him up.So thats why he keeps disappearing. I think he's sulking!

hi Rose i dont mind him sulking Rose but please tell him to get his snozle out of my tin. Blooming liberty(LoL). Take care enjoy Tony

Hi! I hope you don't mind, but I'm sending your wee donkey back home to you Rose, he has eaten me out of house and clothes! Luckily I was able to dash back into the house just as the last mouthful of grass skirt disappeared down his gullet, and left me in a compromising position with the postman! Lol! Tony? Can I borrow one of your rich tea biccies for Rose's donkey's snozzle? He won't move unless he has something to eat! And I thought he was just stuck in Rose's jam... turns out he's just a sulky beggar!! Lol!

5 Feb, 2012

Ooh Elizabeth , just because my postman was put in that position , doesn't mean you have to do the same Hehee! Anyway I think you're stuck with the donkey as he's been eating that jam again and you know what happens when you do that! We'll see you in a couple of weeks Tony. Best wishes x
