Online turf/NorthWest Turf

I ordered a large quantity of turf from the above online supplier. This was delivered on two pallets which I had to help the driver unload. The turf started off being of good quality but rapidly deteriorated. Sent photo’s to the supplier and they said they would send another load. I asked them to remove the old turf, but this must have really upset them as they will not answer the phone or reply to emails. Expected new turf did not turn up, and now I am having to pursue them via the credit card company. If their business methods are anything to go by, the new turf will probably come on a stagecoach. Their policy of not comunicating is a very poor one.

This isn't the one that was shown on Matt Allright's Rogue Traders is it - the name rings a bell. The guy who runs the outfit does answer the phone, but is extremely abusive if you want to complain, or doesn't deal with you properly.
