Spider web & Birds

Hi everyone again,
We are all still struggling with this freezing snowy conditions.
We are so lucky because we can stay inside in the warmth and wrap up, but our poor birds struggle in this climate.
I keep my visiting birds well fed and try and leave water, but it freezes within again within minutes.
I have been outside again today and just had to take a photo of the spider webs, and hope the little spiders are ok.
I just managed to snap a photo of a Woodpecker and Goldfinch on bird tree, but had to take quickly before they flew off.
All my garden plants are buried in snow except for the trees and as it was minus 6 last night they are a sorry sight, but they will come back to life I am sure.
I did not stay out for too long as my toes and fingers where so cold.

Great to be feeding the birds. They need plenty of help in these awful conditions I think .

It's short for Weblog, Sheila, a diary or a journal to share with others. A fact I only know because I asked my daughter what it meant!! : o ))
