The feathery, aromatic leaves of this delicious herb have a slight aniseed flavour and can be used to flavour fish (especially salmon), lamb, new potatoes and peas. Best used fresh when the flavour is more intense, however it can be dried if necessary.Growing Instructions:Sow in March to July outdoors, directly into well prepared soil in full sun. Sow thinly 13mm deep, in rows 30cm apart. When large enough to handle, thin the seedlings to 30cm apart for harvesting from May to October. Plants can quickly run to flower if not kept watered during the hot weather, and regular sowings are required for a constant supply.
