June is the busiest time for all us gardeners…..my nursery is busy thankfully but it is taking up to three hurs a day watering…weare not having an open day this year an the result is WEEDS everywhere…

poppys comming up all over the paths….weeds poking through seats and now the grass is taller than my fruit bushes…ill get round to it all sooon but for now im too busy…

the tomatoes are doing realy well again this year. ten varieties have been planted in the tunnel hopefully we will have a good crop for the market again this year.

this one german red strawberry produced a two pound four ounce fruit last year…

ildi produces hundreds..and i mean hundreds of small yellow fruit.

and just for fun this is a white one….

the garden is growing sooo fast.

its so nice to just enjoy our garden without fussing about the open days. i hadent realised just how much we have to do to get it all ready for inspection.

our new camping space is now ready and the bookings are starting to come in. its been a big job but now its finished we are so pleased with it.

this was the view yesterday..there was a regatta in our village. i counted ten yatchs at one time…this was taken through the binoculars…

the cacti are very floriferous this year and never cease to amaze me. we are seeing many of the flowers for the first time and there are plenty more to come..

gymnocalycium horridispinum…great name…he he he

thelocactus wagnerianus…

hope you enjoyed the tour….i have been looking at all the lovely photos on here in my tea breaks. not too much time for chatting though. and now i have to get all excited about our annual family to the Glastonbury festival…..happy gardening…

I did enjoy the tour Sandra, thanks for finding the time to show me around seeing as you are so busy. :o) Just imagine growing a tomato that is over two pounds in weight, that is amazing. How lovely to be able to have the sea nearby and to have a regatta held in your village, it sounds such a lovely place, no wonder people like to camp there. :o)
