apparently not. but often cultivars get different names because the y appear simultaneously and get named by different people.

I have had Emerald Cushion Blues for years and always thought they were the same because when I tried to order Emerald Blue or Emerald Cushion Green even, I always got offered just Emerald Cushion Blue. There is an Emerald Cushion Pink though.
