Mine are the same...I think the lack of sunny weather has slowed them down. I have them mixed with Harlequin flowers and only have 2 of them flowering. Last year they all flowered at the same time. I would leave them in a sunny spot until late September.

We grow them as a winter flower, here, but they don't usually produce buds until the end of January, into February, when the sun gets stronger.
