I have a plant which I thought was a pepper and has now developed small yellow flowers and small green(which later turn black) berries. The black berries contain tiny green seeds, any idea what this plant is please?

Is it a potato that's flowering? If it is, those fruits will be poisonous...

Any chance of a picture Mellin? I am growing peppers and they have a small creamy flower which have a little green pepper under it which will eventually grow into a large green pepper, but yours sounds different.
