I have bugs all over my imperalis

I have tried conventional bug treatment, but they are still there and the plants do not look in good health. Any ideas?
The bugs are black and are all over the leaves, especially the top of the plants.

For an organic approach, you could use a Seaweed spray. Pests hate the taste of it, and the good lil' critters won't be killed off.

I'm wondering if what you've got is the grubs of lily beetle. As well as lilies, the adults (which are bright red) go for fritillaries. The grubs are black(?) and I believe they hide in their own faeces. Nasty, dirty little critters

Depends what you mean by conventional bug treatment. Are they blackfly on the plants? Try buying a spray you mix up yourself, which means buying a sprayer of some kind too. I'd recommend Roseclear.
