we have had this plant for nearly 40 yers and only today found its name and spiecies an old work colleague gave us it when it was about a foot tall its now a good 4 foot square, he told us then that is was very rare and we would never see another one, he brought it back from the far east with him

On plant Hoya carnosa

Very nice, though I am not sure about the rare - it is certainly available and is not difficult to propagate.

Hi, Moon grower. Do you know the name of this plant? I tried looking it up as I quite like it but I couldn't find it. Perhaps it might have been rare 40 years ago, Eh?

Shoestring named it above Hoya carnosa and yes it probably was rare 40 years ago.

How do I say thanks?
