Two years ago I planted a small hebe which had a pretty white flower .
The last two seasons I've had not a single flower. Could you please tell me what am I doing wrong .

Some Hebe can be difficult. It could be the weather over the last couple of years so I wouldn't worry too much so long as the rest of the plant looks ok. If it's one of the small silver leafed variety I don't they have flowered at a friend of mine.
