Can anyone help me identify this pot plant?

Leicestershire, United Kingdom Gb

It has just been given to us, but without any information. What I really need to know is whether it can be planted out in a rockery, or needs to be kept in a pot indoors. It has thick, fleshy leaves and small yellow flowers. Photo attached.

It is a kalenchoe, I have always kept it as a houseplant but have put it outside in the summer months and brought it in from august onwards at night. you might want to google it for further info :o)
welcome to GoY too.

Yes, Kalenchoe. I've had red ones and done exactly what SBG did with hers. They are frost tender.

It's a succulent and the fleshy leaves tells you it doesn't need too much water. Let it dry out between waterings.
