Can anybody tell me why the leaves on my Black Hamburg vine have started to die going greyish brown at the edges starting with the ones nearest the main stem.
Its planted in the greenhouse in a large container about 2.5 ft deep with a gravel and stone base at the bootom for drainage .?

Hi Gazb your vine needs to be planted in the soil as the roots will want to get a lot deeper than your container. Are there actual holes in the container, if not the gravel and stone will not achieve anything.

Welcome to goy. My uncle had one and the plant was in the soil outside the greenhouse and the plant fed in through a hole at the bottom so that it got the shelter inside.
