I have 3 large cordylines planted in garden ,that the leaves are turning brown on and appear to be moving further up the plants. Any ideas or help please

Perfectly normal.
The leaves turn brown on the bottom and when they fall off are forming the bark, whilst it grows into the tree that it should/will/may be. :o)

Some are bigger than others though. Do you know which ones you have?

If the leaves don't fall off naturally, and they probably wont, you can gently remove them yourself. Don't tug too hard and if they resist, then cut them off close to the stem.

How do I say thanks?
