Can I plant any of these inloo rolls?

Got my free BBC Digin seeds yesterday.

Beetoot,Carrot,Lettuce,Tomato.Squash.

Well I'd start them off in seed pans and then move individual plants into loo rolls when pricking out.

I think so many had asked for them that they did not have enough.
