Look up Sambucus on the internet, there are a variety of coloured leaves and leaf shapes. One of the giveaways is the bark lon new shoots, there are a lot of raised small blotches which then become the more mature bark that is like a tiny jigsaw but resembles elephant skin. You will see if you google image it.
