we have a 3 year old Wysteria that has yet to flower - normal ??

yes this is normal, if the plant was grown from seed it may not flower for up to 10 years, i have one that is yet to flower also, if it is bought as a young plant you could see flowers in the next year or so, they are very slow to bloom but are definately worth the wait i think, i hope this helps

You need to prune it properly, reducing any unwanted shoots in late summer and cutting back laterals to 5 or 6 buds. Tie in long shoots where you want them to go. Don't give up on it!
