Can anyone Identify this particular plant, its cropped up in some of my pots, looks like rocket ?? when picked wilted within 5 mins like weeds do ??

I also think it looks like fat hen, dont know its proper name, but it is a weed.

Many thanks, I think you are correct on Fat Hen ( Never heard of it before ) mind you some articles on line suggest you can harvest it? think I will just throw on my compost heap.

a few leaves of it in a salad do add a peppery bite. my mum used to use it in salads back in the 60's when we were particularly skint. in fact we did a lot of hedgerow harvesting back then. when needs must and it wasnt trendy.
