Could you please tell me where I can get the Clematise, that you can plant up in a tub. Do I have to go to a specialist garden centre.

Depends which clematis you mean - you can grow clematis such as The President in a tub, provided its 2 feet deep and 12 inches wide, and it will get about 6 feet by 2 feet up a wall or fence. I'm wondering if you mean the Boulevard type, which only get about 2 feet high. Google Patio clematis to see details - suppliers online.
