Something is damaging some of the leaves of two of my roses. They do not appear to grow, or else look like something has been nibbling at them.Never had anything like this happen before in 33 years of growing roses in my garden. The two that are affected are Austen roses

If they were eaten, maybe Rose sawfly larve? I had them last year and they ate leaves lots in few days even though they are tiny.
