Does Persian ivy have small white flower in late summer

I live in Ontario Canada, zone 5a. Last summer I place an ivy outdoors that looks like the persian ivy in your photo. in the fall when I brought it indoor it produce 1 small white flower about 1.25 cm (3/4 ) in dia.. which intriqued my.

Ivies usually have small globular clusters of greenish yellow flowers in late summer. I suppose it could have a white flower though but 1.25cm seems a bit large! Do you have a photo of the plant or flower?.
