when can i take a cutting from my red robin bush

I would have thought now was a good time. Cut a length of several inches, with new growth on it. Take off the lower leaves, water the pot, dip the end in root powder and pop in a sterilised pot with fresh seed compost. Cover with a clear plastic bag and leave in a warm bright spot til new growth appears then take the bag off. hth!
