Should my clematis Montanna Reubens be showing signs's of life ,because it is not but later varieties are has it died on me .If it has need to take it out before garden get's to busy.

I have the same montanna ad it is just started to come into leaf so maybe I would wait a bit before you right it off. They are pretty strong.
