Can someone please tell me, what the flower is on my photo, the one which looks like a Rudbeckia. Near the right hand side of the picture. It flowered from autumn until beg. of winter. Thank you

Hi Titchy it looks like Rudbeckia Cherry Brandy to me!

That's what I thought first, but mine are slightly more "bronzey" when they first open, then turn deep burgundy, maybe that's normal. Thank you anyway, I'll go by Brandy

Popedot is right, Titchy, cherry brandy. Used to plant these as annuals, but they now do a perrenial variety I believe ... so much keeps changing and improving!!

Thank you 47, I tell you, they are wonderful, they last and last and last - I love them, they can be moved quite easily, which I am going to do, because the contrast with the soft pink next to them is just too big.

How do I say thanks?
