Potatoes - raised bed or not ?

Hi Libby,
There is no reason why you should not grow potatoes in your raised bed. You will need more soil later to earth them up.

this year Im growing my potatoes in newspaper recycling bags - last year I grew them in a raised bed and as Doctor Bob said kept topping them up with soil as they grew I also kept black polythene around them and had a fab. crop that was very easy to harvest.
