about my peppers

I've grown red/green peppers and have 2 little leaves- however they just seem to be getting taller rather than producing other leaves- is this okay or should I be doing something else. They are growing in a tray in the house on a warm shelf with sun- when it shines! Hope all is well with you all.

Unless you get a lot of sunlight they will stretch looking for the light. Maybe an overhead artificial light is needed? Sounds like they have only produced the diocot so far rather than proper leaves

I've never grown Peppers but as with a lot of seedlings at this time of year it sounds like they're stretching for the light. Maybe you could move them somewhere that gets more light, and maybe somewhere not quite as warm?
