I have had an excellent crop of 'Marmande' Tomatoes this year. All outside grown, from seed, and my first attempt. What i was wondering was ,can i propagate the seeds from some of the ones that have not come up to scratch. If so how is the best way to approach this task, ?

You would need to save the seed and sow next spring. Personally I'd buy new seed as there is no guarantee that the seed in your tomatoes will be viable.
