Cucumbers like it hot and wet, tomatoes hot and damp. As Seaburngirl says the best way is to put in an automatic vent.

I usually manage to keep mine between 25 -30 degrees. I have automatic vents and some lights that i open if the weather is due to be hot and sunny. in the height of summer i will also leave the doors open. so not an easy straight forward answer, sorry.
