What type of palm do I have? Just moved the palm to a bigger pot and the tips are going brown. Please help.

Yes, Cordyline australis, the tips do intend to go brown, nothing to worry about. It is not always a suitable subject for a container as it will ultimately become quite a tall tree and you will have to keep potting it on.
