i would like to know why my tall yellow iris never flower i moved them 2 years ago and now they just get leaves and no flowers

do you know which one? if its the I psuedocorus, they prefer dampish soil, they are found in the margins of our waterways.
if its a bearded iris does it get full sun? the rhizome needs to be on the surface of the soil so it can get 'baked'. if you buried the rhizome fully that would cause the non flowering. lift it higher.
