Patio Palm
Patio Palm
Asked on 29 Mar, 2008
I planted a patio palm in my front garden last spring but with the bad gales/weather over the winter the fronds have died albeit the trunk appears to be okay. What do I do with it, ie cut off all the fronds and just leave the trunk ? Will new fronds grow in ? I am a complete novice gardener by the way !!

Largely depends upon what sort of palm it is - I suspect there is a lable on it saying 'patio palm', but that is not the name of the plant!! Can you post a picture?
