Re Jasminum Officinale Climber - leaves turning brown and falling off

I have placed the plant inside a cold greenhouse for winter but it seems to be dying, leaves turning brown and falling off from bottom of plant
your help would oblige

It's a deciduous plant and will naturally shed its leaves in winter.
