hi I have sunflowers and they are growing out of their pots.. one is 50 cm. What size pot should I pot them in?

A full sized sunflower would need a minimum of 1/2 meter tall and wide pot. Even then you would find yourself watering every day, and feeding every week. As Louise and Moon_grower say, they are much easier in the ground, if possible.

I wouldn't have thought they'd get their roots established properly in a pot.
