can anyone tell me,should i remove the lower leaves on my tomato plants now ther are in flower,also my strawberries are doing well but there are so many leaves the sun has trouble reaching the fruit,should i also remove the leaves grom these

Don't remove the leaves on the tomatoes until fruit has set and then only if they are shading the trusses. Yes you can remove some but not all of the strawberry leaves.
