why are my lies srouting 4/6inches in november

I planted lilies in pots sept/oct and they are now growing upto 6 inch, will they be ok or will frost damage the young shoots

You have planted them too soon, hence it being mild and you have watered them, they have come into growth. Cover them and let them dry out.
Start them again in spring.
