Help with massive weeds! I have a large garden which is still basically like the side of a hill. We have masses of large weeks which I have weed killed on numerous occassions but again this year they are back with a vengence. There is very little soil - it's mainly hard-core as builders did not landscape properly, so it is extremely hard to dig the weeds out. How should i tackle this - should l weed kill and then use some gardening mesh? Can I then top soil and grass seed? Any advice welcome.

Maybe get one of those weed burners (like a small falme thrower), then spray weed killer, and then cover with a dark tarpauline too? It's going to take time I fear.....
