can you please teel me what this is called and how to look after it well

It looks like Gazania to me. Gazanias are drought tolerant bedding plants and dislike to have wet feet. Don't overwater...keep it on the dry side and plant it in soil with good drainage. It is an annual although there are perennial varieties, which means it will only last for the one summer. They like full sun and don't need a lot of feeding. Pinch out the flowers as they fade and die and it will keep producing more blooms.
