We planted a peanut and it is doing nicely, not sure it will produce a ground nut or how long the process takes?

Never managed to get one.They produce pretty little yellow flowers nicely, but the next stage is when the flower is fertilised it buries itself in the soil and produces the "nut" there. All I can say is, ours didn't!
