Not yet. If you leave the foliage to die down naturally then that is the best way of getting a good show next year with bulbs fully developed for the next flowering . A bit untidy for a few weeks but worth it in the end

We never lift ours either, if, big if, I remember I dead head but usually don't. Bulbs in pots get a feed of half strength tomato food whilst the leaves are dying back, bulbs in ground are lucky to see anything.
