2 years ago i received a large amount of daff bulbs from a reputable dealer at the Harrogate flower show . duly planted the lot in october. the clumps on one side of the garden produced a brilliant display in spring,the othe side produced the leaves but no flowers . I left them in for this year. the same happened this spring. Can anyone throw any light on the reason? many thanks Les

I was going to say the same thing Weeding, less light, poorer soil... Possibly leaves mown down whilst still green...

Did one lot have more light or richer soil than the other?
