I live in Cyprus and early on I was given a jasmine plant that bore large, white flowers in clusters that had a heavenly scent. Workmen painting the outside of the house lifted the trellis off the wall and broke the plant off at the root. I waited to see if it would recover, but no, and I've never seen another in a nursery here since. I think it was a Trachelospermum Jasminoides - does this sound right to you? I shall be in the UK for 12 days fron end May and was planning to track this down and bring it back with me - I shall be staying in Surrey and Essex. Are there any nurseries you can recommend. Many thanks.
