My Himalayan poppy was thriving whilst in a pot but since I put it in the ground it looking very unhappy. The leaves are going white and seem to be dying. Could it be in the wrong kind of soil? Has it got a disease?

It could certainly be the wrong soil as they prefer peaty soil and would not survive on clay (for instance). Leaves going white seems like a more serious problem though. Photo?
