We have a eucalyptus tree in our front garden facing south. We have had it for 4 years and it has been ok. This year there has been very little new growth and the tree looks very seedy. We don't want to get rid of it, can you advise please?

Did it get hit badly with the frost, last winter? If so, it may just need a hard prune, and a cm or two of compost on the soil.
